★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemmeno 1 stella darei!! Mi sono stati accanto fino alla stipula del contratto, dopodiché spariti e seppur per errore mio, mi hanno obbligato ad aprire un polizza sul prestito, quando in realtà non è assolutamente obbligatoria!!
Ci rivolgiamo a queste agenzia sempre e solo per capricci, non voglio mai immaginare se una persona avesse realmente esigenza per poter sopravvivere quotidianamente in che condizioni verrebbero erogati i prestiti..
Non parliamo poi dell'assistenza clienti, mi hanno liquidato dicendo di non aver fretta per il rimborso di una rata trattenuta erroneamente e mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia augurandomi buona giornata..

We always turn to these agencies for whims, I never want to imagine if a person really needed to be able to survive on a daily basis in what conditions the loans would be disbursed.
Let's not talk about customer support, they liquidated me saying that I was not in a hurry for the repayment of an installment erroneously withheld and they closed the phone in my face wishing me a good day ..

Ci hanno illuso che tutto procedeva bene... e poi ti ammazzano con un no su mia richiesta telefonica , ma se non telefonavo avrei aspettato anche più di un mese..? Mai più da voi . Grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estremamente disponibili fino alla completa attivazione del contratto, dopo lo sono molto meno, non rispondono più alle mail e telefonicamente, sebbene per la mia esperienza abbiano SEMPRE risposto, trattano le problematiche con molta superficialità. Commessi anche alcuni gravi errori nelle procedure, non più correggibili. Ho deciso di rivolgermi sempre e solo al call center nazionale, di cui non posso che parlare bene. La mia esperienza con Novara è stata in generale negativa.

Chiunque o banca o finanziaria se le rate le paghi puntualmente e non passi come cattivo pagatore hai le porte aperte.
Ho avuto bisogno di Findomestic anch'io ma ho avuto il finanziamento velocissimo in più anche la carta di credito molto conveniente.
Consiglio Findomestic.
