★ ★ ★ ★ ★ devo recarmi nella sede, voglio sapere orari e accessibilità ma non c'è un telefono di filiale. Ho dovuto chiamare il numero di Roma, fare tutta la trafila del risponditore automatico e infine un gentile operatore mi ha dato il numero, nemmeno ha inoltrato la chiamata. Ho quindi chiamato la filiale per ricevere le info necessarie. Ma è normale?
 I have to go to the office, I want to know times and accessibility but there is no branch phone. I had to call the Rome number, go through the whole automatic answering machine and finally a kind operator gave me the number, not even forwarded the call. I then called the branch to receive the necessary info. But is it normal?

chiusura ore 16:45, alle 15:40 tutto chiuso.
Provo a suonare e senza alcun tipo di richiesta vengo mandato a quel paese senza poter replicare.
Risuonò nuovamente e stranamente la signora all’interno dice che non si sentiva niente tramite citofono.... squallidi.... veramente squallidi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io a differenza delle precedenti recensioni reputo l'agenzia Bnl di corso Mazzini seria e affidabile,personale umano e competente, è chiaro che non è che entri e tutti siano a tua pronta disposizione, perché c'è parecchia affluenza e a volte per la cassa tocca attendere qualche minuto.
Chi si lamenta degli orari di cassa basterebbe che prima di recarsi in banca controllasse gli orari di sportello dal sito o sull'app,son tutti buoni a smanettare col telefono e poi per le cose più normali ci si perde in un bicchiere d'acqua.
Poi non commento la recensione riguardo alla storia del luogo dove sorge la banca...veramente inopportuna!
Fidatevi di voi stessi e della serietà di un gruppo che ha sempre mantenuto il suo nome dopo oltre 100 anni e non è mai stato smembrato o ha avuto necessità dello stato per stare in piedi...a differenza di altri istituti bancari!
Unlike the previous reviews I consider the Bnl agency in Corso Mazzini serious and reliable, human and competent staff, it is clear that it is not that you enter and everyone is at your disposal, because there is a lot of turnout and sometimes for the cash register wait a few minutes.
Anyone who complains about the cash hours would be enough that before going to the bank he checked the counter hours from the site or on the app, they are all good to tinker with the phone and then for more normal things you get lost in a glass of water.
Then I do not comment on the review about the history of the place where the bank is located ... really inappropriate!
Trust yourself and the seriousness of a group that has always kept its name after more than 100 years and has never been dismembered or needed the state to stand ... unlike other banking institutions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver prenotato via centralino un appuntamento - mettendoci più di un'ora - che però a loro non risultava (bel lavoro anche del centralino), alla richiesta di poter comunque fare un'operazione perché mia mamma è in ospedale con due ictus mi viene risposto dalla tiratissima impiegata "pensi che io oggi dovrei essere in ferie!". Disumani.
After booking an appointment via the switchboard - taking more than an hour - but they didn't find it (nice job also for the switchboard), when asked to be able to do an operation anyway because my mother is in hospital with two strokes, I am answered from the very tight employee "do you think I should be on vacation today!". Inhumane.

Chiedere informazioni per rinnovare la prepagata è impossibile via app poiché non ti fa accedere a quel servizio. Sul sito internet indica orario continuato per cui prendi un'ora di permesso e sul posto trovi tutto chiuso e nessuna informazione su eventuali orari estivi. Il call center si dice stranito sia chiusa poiché è sede centrale. Dopo vari tentativi un dipendemte fa segno (da lontano) che riaprono alle 14:30. Roba da paesi del terzo mondo
