★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo le persone dentro sono "poco" professionali, sicuramente per domande semplice riescono a rispondere pero non appena si va con dettagli un po più tecnici non sanno aiutarti. La cosa che più mi ha dato fastidio è il fatto che comunque ha cercato "gentilmente" di rispondere nonostante la risposta non aveva senso. Forse mi sarebbe piaciuto di più sentire un "non lo so".
Do due stelle perché comunque sono gentili.
Unfortunately the people inside are "unprofessional", certainly for simple questions they can answer but as soon as you go with a little more technical details they don't know how to help you. The thing that bothered me most is the fact that he still tried "kindly" to answer even though the answer made no sense. Maybe I would have liked to hear a "I don't know" more.
I give two stars because they are kind anyway.

My phone case is bent, not caused by wear or tear, a factory error.
I went to the shop with the receipt and the case. The store told me , the guarantee is expired (13 months ago, i bought the mobile case). This mobile case has a lifetime guarantee, I told him. Then he said, no guarantee without the original packing of the mobile case.
Please, do not throw away the packing of your products, otherwise there is no guarantee at this shop
