Dopo circa mezz'ora di attesa è arrivato un signore con famiglia al seguito, non ha preso numero si è fatto vedere dal consulente il quale non appena finito col cliente precedente lo ha fatto accomodare. Alle mie proteste si è giustificato dicendo che lo stava aspettando. Non mi è sembrato un atteggiamento corretto e professionale così sono andata via. Fate sparire dall " accoglienza" ( se così si può chiamare ) della sede di Lecce in viale Japigia la signora che accoglie i clienti. Di una maleducazione unica volevamo delle informazioni riguardo una pratica fatta in poste dalla mia compagna e subito con aria stizzita ci ha detto che non poteva dirci niente . Abbiamo chiesto di parlare con un consulente e con aria minacciosa ci ha risposto che la consulente era lei , quando c'erano consulenti seduti al cellulare senza far niente . Da cliente da anni di Findomestic provvedete a fare fuori sta gente incompetente e maleducata !!!!! The rudeness made person. I give advice to Findomestic.
