Il personale non cura per niente i clienti, impegnato a fare i fatti propri, passano da una stanza all'altra solo guardandoti, senza chiedere se hai bisogno di qualcosa o se stai aspettando. La prima volta ho atteso 30 minuti, poi per la disperazione sono andata via. Sono ritornata dopo qualche giorno e niente, i numeri non funzionavano, ho chiesto a uno di loro e mi è stato risposto che avrei dovuto aspettare. Ma non so per quanti secoli. Risultato ho fatto tutto online e sono tornata per chiudere la pratica. Davvero una pessima esperienza e quello che mi dispiace di più e che loro( il personale) non se ne rendono conto. Ma possibile che non ci sia un Direttore di banca che risolva il problema? si puo' versare solo ad orari di apertura dal bancomat interno. E quando la banca è chiusa? E' davvero così fantascientifico abilitare nuovamente al versamento il bancomat esterno? Mi state invitando a cambiare banca. grazie The external ATM never works for the payment. Non è possibile che da mesi e mesi tale funzione non sia ancora stata ripristinata. I responsabili della filiale forse non ne sono a conoscenza? Mi sembra improbabile dato che sul bancomat è affisso un cartello in cui si scusano ma per il versamento contanti bisogna utilizzare solo il bancomat interno, quando la filiale è aperta. Ma è così difficile abilitare nuovamente la funzione versamento contanti anche sul bancomat esterno? Io lavoro tutti i giorni e andare in orario filiale per versare anche 1 sola banconota è difficile. Grazie per il disservizio. Vostro affezionato cliente che probabilmente cambierà banca.
