P	Paolo Longhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso la loro filiale di Milano Repubblica.. la signora/rina che mi ha ricevuto ha fatto tutto tranne che una consulenza od un esame approfondito delle mie necessità... ha semplicemente "sbrigato" la pratica, raccogliendo i dati ed inserendoli.. tempo sprecato.. assolutamente non consiglio richieste di consulenza presso questa filiale. I went to their branch in Milan Republic .. the lady / rina who received me did everything but a consultation or a thorough examination of my needs ... he simply "hurry up" the practice, collecting the data and inserting them .. time wasted .. I absolutely do not recommend requests for advice at this branch.
e	emiliano mari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operatore abbastanza svogliato, ho fatto un estinzione di un finanziamento con un bonifico istantaneo (di cui l'operatore non era a conoscenza dell'esistenza) e quando ho chiesto di inviarmi la copia dell'estinzione via mail mi ha risposto che loro questo servizio non lo fanno..nell'ormai 2020 inviare un email é un servizione proprio.. Dovrò tornare a Como a ritirarla a mano.. V	Viviana Pietropaolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come cliente mi sono ritrovata ad avere l'esigenza di prendere appuntamento in tale filiale e mi è stato comunicato dalla signora in maniera saccente, arrogante e maleducato che non ricevevano in filiale causa ultimo DCPM, il quale xo non vieta di presentarsi con appuntamento ma tenendo conto il numero di addetti a lavorare x non creare assembramenti (cosa che è indicato anche sul sito Findomestic e confermato in seguito dal servizio clienti telefonicamente). L'ho fatto presente a tale signora che praticamente mi ha dato dell'ignorante, mi ha detto di arrangiarmi e mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia. Morale: sto chiudendo il conto.... se avete bisogno non recatevi in questa filiale. As a customer I found myself having the need to make an appointment in this branch and I was informed by the lady in a pedantic, arrogant and rude way that they did not receive at the branch due to the latest DCPM, which xo does not prohibit showing up with an appointment but keeping I count the number of employees to work x not to create gatherings (which is also indicated on the Findomestic website and subsequently confirmed by the customer service by telephone). I pointed this out to this lady who practically called me ignorant, told me to make do and put the phone in my face. Moral: I'm closing the account .... if you need to do not go to this branch.

R	ROSI DOTTI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per ben 4 volte perchè ho ricevuto da loro una richiesta di informazioni in merito ad una pratica. La prima volta non c'era il consulente, la seconda hanno detto che mi avrebbero contattato loro, la terza il consulente era impegnato ed avrebbe richiamato lui, la quarta mi hanno messo in attesa. Dopo una settimana ancora sto aspettando. Pessimi.
