Little seriousness and knowledge of the laws. Lost unemployment because of them and they don't even admit they were wrong. 1 star because you can't get less. Professionalism or change agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meglio rispetto alle altre agenzie comasche, ma non aspettatevi di trovar lavoro, visto che chiedono sempre trecento requisiti per contratto, praticamente impossibili da avere tutti insieme. Un poco più professionali degli altri, questo è sicuro.
Better than the other Como agencies, but don't expect to find work, since they always ask for three hundred requirements per contract, practically impossible to have all together. A little more professional than others, that's for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Ho fatto il colloquio con due donne tramite videochiamata per un ruolo come operaio su linea con una delle due che mi chiedeva cosa avevo alle orecchie, quanti tatuaggi avevo,chiedendo se potevo esibirli via video e perché avevo fatto tutte queste cose.
Dicendo che poi avrei anche dovuto tagliare la barba per fare buona impressione (manco mi fossi candidato per la nasa) e se ci fossero stati problemi nel momento in cui avrei fatto gli esami del sangue (vi pare?)
1) che lavoro fate? Fare i colloqui o gli sbirri??
2) siamo nel 2021. E ancora che si demonizzano piercing e tatuaggi! Nonostante sapevano che ho avuto diverse esperienze lavorative!!Tra cui pure insegnare ai bambini Arti marziali.

Bad. I interviewed two women via video call for a role as a line worker with one of them asking me what I had in my ears, how many tattoos I had, asking if I could show them on video and why I had done all these things.
Saying that then I would also have to cut my beard to make a good impression (not even I was a candidate for NASA) and if there were any problems when I would have done the blood tests (do you think?)
1) what work do you do? Do the interviews or the cops ??
2) we are in 2021. And yet piercings and tattoos are demonized! Although they knew that I have had several work experiences !! including teaching martial arts to children.
Open your mind !!!
