Aggiunta del 16/6/2021: Una vergogna senza fine. Ho acquistato alcuni elettrodomestici sfruttando la formula tasso zero di Mediaworld ed ho semplicemente chiesto di ricevere copia del pagamento effettuato per poter sfruttare il bonus elettrodomestici. Dopo decine di mail scambiate col servizio clienti , numerose telefonate al call center mi viene detto che la "legge" prevede che occorre seguire un iter particolare per poter usufruire del bonus elettrodomestici, in piena contraddizione con quanto previsto dal regolamento dell'agenzia delle entrate, e che non è possibile produrre ricevuta di pagamento per questo motivo. Ora si tratta di poche centinaia di euro che perdo causa mancata detrazione ma farò valutare questo dal mio legale, non è possibile tollerare anomalie come queste! L ho acquistata io con cofidis con contratto a termine dicembre 2021 finanziamento 2 anni. Fate schifo. Siete penosi Never again If I could put 0 I would.
