Requested an appointment both by phone and via the website for a sal mortgage, I was told that this option was only possible for existing customers. (How does one become your customer if you don't even receive it?) , it's not part of your way of working.

L	Leonardo Borgini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non raccomanderei questa banca a nessuno. Ho avuto con loro un conto per 6 mesi, che ho poi chiuso inorridito. Enormi problemi nei prelievi con la carta da ATM, che il più delle volte non ha funzionato quando ne avrei avuto bisogno. Le banali funzionalità online che avevo espressamente richiesto (per bonifici, F24, ecc. : cose davvero di base) e per cui avevo firmato all'attivazione del mio conto non mi sono state attivate, e ho dovuto in seguito contattare la filiale per averle. E la chiusura del conto (carissima) è stato un parto. Lentissimi nelle risposte, e quel che è peggio è che finiscono per addebitare ai clienti il costo dell' inefficienza nei processi (almeno dal mio punto di vista). Spero almeno di non dover leggere risposte di facciata al mio commento, che è quello di cliente che è stato profondamente deluso da un servizio che credeva potesse essere utile. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I had an account with them for 6 months, which I then closed in horror. Huge problems with ATM card withdrawals, which most of the time didn't work when I needed it. The trivial online features that I had specifically requested (for wire transfers, F24, etc.: really basic things) and for which I had signed up to activate my account were not activated, and I had to contact the branch to get them later. And the closing of the account (dearest) was a birth. Very slow responses, and what's worse is that they end up charging customers the cost of process inefficiency (at least from my point of view). I hope at least I don't have to read façade responses to my comment, which is that of a customer who was deeply disappointed with a service he believed would be useful.
