SCANDALOSI. Chiamo per far modificare la rata del pagamento che già avevo detto che volevo fosse il 30 di ogni mese ma l'ha impostata il 15 come cavolo ha voluto lui. E ora non rispondono al telefono. VERGOGNATEVI!!! G	Gianpaolo Salzillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato davvero vergognoso e squallido ricevere una chiamata dal centralino che ci avvisava di avere euro 49,00 da pagare per due ritardi nei pagamenti delle bollette...uno dovuto al fatto che ero in ferie quando scadeva e l'altro probabilmente per una mia dimenticanza ( di qualche giorno) Premetto anche se per loro non cambia nulla che, tutte le altre bollette le ho pagate in anticipo o addirittura raggruppando..Ho fatto questo semplice prestito piu per comodità che per necessita. Mi sono recata in agenzia per spiegazioni, ci hanno solo proposto di pagare metà cifra( che abbiamo fatto per quieto vivere). Nel passato con la Findomestic nessun problema... Comunque una vergogna. Dopo un solo giorno di ritardo di pagamento ti mandano già da pagare 26 euro di interessi. Una vergogna. I soldi nel conto c erano ma nn si sa xk hanno addebitato la somma e poi accreditato la stessa somma e se li chiami nn sanno xk. La gente nn ha tempo di fare il vostro lavoro. Ho segnalato la cosa all’agenzia Compass di Vicenza e successivamente anche al numero verde indicatomi , ma il “disservizio tecnico” continua ad essere presente. A questo punto mi chiedo se sia una scusa per non concedermi il prestito...
