★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicono che sono aperti dalle 9 alle 13, poi dalle 14 alle 18 e 30. Li chiami alle alle 17 e 58 e ti dicono che sono impegnati. Li chiami alle 18 e 4 ed il messaggio ti dice che sono chiusi. Simpatia!
They say they are open from 9 to 13, then from 14 to 18 and 30. You call them at 17 and 58 and they tell you that they are busy. You call them at 6 and 4 and the message tells you they are closed. Sympathy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa recensione e' rivolta alla classe Amministrativa e dirigenziale della finanziaria e non agli operatori che lavorano in agenzia. Sono stato nella sede a Vicenza per richiedere un prestito di consolidamento debiti.Premesso che ho SEMPRE pagato le rate ed ho un contratto a tempo indeterminato, mi sono accinto a richiedere 12000 euro per chiudere delle piccole rate cosi' da averne una sola. Dopo le pratiche di routine mi e' stato comunicato che potevano erogarmi SOLO un parziale, quindi alcune rate mi restavano scoperte. Ora io mi chiedo, se' precedentemente riuscivo ad estiguere ogni mese il mio debito e con una rata ridotta(ed UNICA) avrei avuto un agevolazione che mi permetteva di risparmiare, perche' la societa' attua questi sistemi poco elastici? Qui non si tratta di numeri ma di BUON SENSO per la clientela.Dopo la negazione di prestito TOTALE(Afflitto e sconsolato) , mi sono recato nella mia banca ove non solo mi hanno accettato il prestito TOTALE della cifra ma mi e' stato Erogato in 30 minuti sul mio conto.Credo fernamente che dovreste modificare il vostro sistema adattandovi agli standar previsti.
This review is addressed to the administrative and managerial class of the financial and not to the operators who work in the agency. I was in the Vicenza office to apply for a debt consolidation loan. Given that I have ALWAYS paid the installments and I have a permanent contract, I set about to request 12,000 euros to close small installments so as to have only one. After routine practices, I was told that I could ONLY provide a partial, so some installments remained uncovered. Now I wonder, if previously I was able to quench my debt every month and with a reduced installment (and UNIQUE) I would have had a facility that allowed me to save money, why does the company implement these inelastic systems? Here it is not a question of numbers but of GOOD SENSE for the customers. After the TOTAL loan denial (afflicted and disconsolate), I went to my bank where they not only accepted me the TOTAL loan of the amount but I was paid in 30 minutes on my account. I believe that you should change your system to suit the standards required.

Nel 2018 ho saldato totalmente il mio debito con loro con 8 anni di anticipo chiudendo così ogni rapporto con Agos Ducato.
Ora,siamo nel 2020,mi accorgo esaminando l'estratto conto,che ho ancora 2 domiciliazioni aperte e attive con Agos con la dicitura Domiciliazioni e Utenze.
Una mi preleva ogni mese circa 12 euro,l'altra 0,80.
Mi sono reso conto solo ora di questi 2 addebiti mensili nonostante abbia chiuso per sempre con Agos.
Ora blocco dalla mia banca la domiciliazione e chiederò il rimborso dei prelievi non dovuti...Bella serietà,complimenti!
In 2016 I turned to them for family reasons.
In 2018 I paid off my debt with them totally 8 years in advance, thus closing all relationships with Agos Ducato.
Now, we are in 2020, I realize examining the account statement, that I still have 2 open and active domiciliations with Agos with the wording Domiciliazioni e Utenze.
One pays me about 12 euros every month, the other 0.80.
I only realized these 2 monthly charges now despite having closed forever with Agos.
Now I block the domiciliation from my bank and I will ask for the refund of the undue withdrawals ... Beautiful seriousness, congratulations!

In una settimana o quasi mi hanno stipulato il contratto e fatto tutto velocemente.
Avendo avuto una proposta migliore ho inviato disdetta entro i termini si recessione come da contratto.
I signori, pur avendo letto e accettato l'annullamento, mi hanno fatto ugualmente il bonifico 15 gg dopo quest'ultimo.
Ora ho problemi da sistemare e al servizio clienti non rispondono e dice che sono chiusi, alle mail non rispondono nemmeno..veramente la professionalita nn esiste qui..
I asked them for a loan a few months ago.
In a week or so they signed my contract and did everything quickly.
Having had a better offer, I sent a cancellation within the terms of the recession as per the contract.
The gentlemen, despite having read and accepted the cancellation, still made the transfer to me 15 days after the latter.
Now I have problems to fix and the customer service does not respond and says that they are closed, the mails do not even answer .. really the professionalism does not exist here ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi dopo aver preso appuntamento e fatto 45 minuti di strada mi sento dire che l’appuntamento preso online non era registrato da loro gente poco professionale
Morale della favola ho fatto nemmeno 50 metri più avanti ce la compass gli ho spiegato quello che mi è successo e senza neanche pensarci si sono scusati lo x il disguido avuto con dei loro colleghi e mi ha fatto accomodare dopo nemmeno mezzora hanno fatto tutto ed ho avuto il mio finanziamento!!!
Ovviamente sconsiglio AGOS per poca professionalità
Andate tutti da COMPASS agenzia molto più professionale
Ashamed after making an appointment and traveling for 45 minutes, I hear that the appointment made online was not registered by their unprofessional people
Moral of the story I did not even 50 meters further on there compass I explained what happened to me and without even thinking about it they apologized for the inconvenience they had with their colleagues and made me sit down after less than half an hour they did everything and I got my funding !!!
Obviously I do not recommend AGOS due to lack of professionalism
You all go to COMPASS agency much more professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata benissimo nella filiale di Vicenza. Sono stati tutti molto educati e pazienti, nello specifico Lorella è squisita! Mi è capitato solo una volta di rimanere a lungo in attesa ma con qualsiasi ufficio può capitare.
I had a great time in the Vicenza branch. They were all very polite and patient, specifically Lorella is exquisite! It only happened to me once to wait a long time but with any office it can happen.
