★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi. Imprecisi. Poco chiari. Non rispondono mai al telefono. Due volte ho fatto una carta di credito e due volte non ha funzionato che al primo prelievo. Impossibile usare on line la loro "preziosissima" Vpay. Tassi per nulla concorrenziali.
Vi basta?
 Rude. Inaccurate. Unclear. They never answer the phone. Twice I made a credit card and twice it didn't work until the first withdrawal. Impossible to use their "precious" Vpay online. Not competitive rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A differenza di altre banche compass ti da subito l’appuntamento il giorno dopo. E questa è una cosa molto molto positiva. Seconda cosa ma non di minore importanza è che in cinque minuti senza tanti giri e scartoffie inutili ti danno il prestito. Sono entrata poco speranzosa dopo che banche come fiditalia,findomestic,mi avevano chiesto addirittura un garante nonostante io abbia un contratto a tempo indeterminato e che sia con questa società dal 2019! Una vergogna!! Mi hanno fatto diventare matta! Se consiglio compass?? Si. A prescindere dai tassi di interesse (che tutte le banche li hanno) loro in cinque minuti hanno risolto i miei problemi! Neanche da fare conto alle altre banche di finanziamenti. Tempo perso. Per compass voto 5 stelle!
Unlike other banks, Compass gives you an appointment the next day immediately. And this is a very very good thing. Second thing but not least is that in five minutes without many turns and unnecessary paperwork they give you the loan. I entered with little hope after banks like fiditalia, findomestic, had even asked me for a guarantor despite the fact that I have a permanent contract and that I have been with this company since 2019! A shame!! They drove me crazy! If I recommend compass ?? Yes. Regardless of the interest rates (which all banks have) they solved my problems in five minutes! Not even to be accountable to other banks for loans. Lost time. For compass I rate 5 stars!
