Unico episodio negativo, forse è cambiato il dirigente poco garbata.
After waiting 20 min or so they told me they couldn't perform the normal operation I do every month we are 29 - 6 Friday 17:30. The office manager.
The only negative episode, perhaps the not very polite manager has changed.

cosa bisogna fare? Ho chiamato il numero verde che mi avete fornito, operatori gentilissimi ma altro non fanno che fornire il numero del servizio clienti.... chiamo suddetto numero e risponde la voce automatica che dice " per richiedere una carta di credito scarica l'app" e poi cade la linea.... riprovo al numero della sede di Messina...ore di attesa con voce automatica al seguito e nessuna risposta... sinceramente non so cosa pensare ...una vera delusione

what should be done? I called the toll-free number you provided me, very kind operators but nothing else but provide the customer service number .... I call this number and the automatic voice says "to request a credit card download the app" and then the line drops .... I try again at the Messina office number ... waiting hours with automatic voice following and no answer ... honestly I don't know what to think ... a real disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo, contatto sede prestito; pagato come terzo pagatore e regolarizzato posizione di un familiare, chiedo la liberatoria che mi era stata accordata. Chiamo per richiesta adempimento, mi lasciano in attesa per oltre 25 minuti e alle 17:59 mi chiudono il telefono. Vergogna!
Absurd, loan office contact; paid as a third payer and regularized position of a family member, I ask for the release that was granted to me. I call for fulfillment request, they leave me waiting for over 25 minutes and at 5:59 pm they close the phone. Shame!
