Commento a parte per chi gestisce: non ha idea dì cosa significa cura del cliente, rispetto delle regole ed accoglienza di chi va nei locali per ottenere qualità e servizio. La regola del “rispetta chi paga” è ben lontana dalla cultura del gestore che probabilmente non è un’esperta del settore e guarda solo al cassetto. Inoltre inaccettabile il fatto che si permette dì fumare e che non ci siano controlli di alcun tipo.
