Bad ... if you could, I wouldn't even put a star. It's mind-boggling to pay 20 € x 1 hour delay for the delivery of the car. Never again from you.

Si alquilas en otro sitio más serio al menos sabrás lo que vas a pagar desde el principio. It seems cheaper than others but they charge a 75€ insurance. If you rent a car in a more serious place at least you will know what you will pay from the beginning.
