I mezzi che fino ad ora mi hanno consegnati sono stati sempre impeccabilmente puliti, e sono sempre cortesi nello spigare tutti i nuovi sistemi elettronici di guida e di comodità. Sono personalmente molto soddisfatto e consiglio vivamente il punto di Messina, sono stati anche molto disponibili nel prenotarmi presso altri punti in Italia mezzi di mio gradimento senza alcun interesse personale.
Very nice and helpful staff, very attentive to my particular requests. Very important thing always available on the cell phone and never bothered by telephone calls. The vehicles they have delivered to me so far have always been impeccably clean, and they are always courteous in explaining all the new electronic driving and comfort systems. I am personally very satisfied and I highly recommend the Messina point, they were also very helpful in booking me at other points in Italy means of my liking without any personal interest.

Non hanno saputo aiutarci per niente anche se il nostro problema era risolvibilissimo!umanità dimostrata pari a zero, erano tranquillamente pronti a lasciarci a piedi, infatti è andata a finire che abbiamo dovuto rivolgerci ad un altro autonoleggio. Personale e assistenza online o telefonica del tutto inaffidabili! Il check-in online, la prenotazione online e il pagamento in anticipo per come si sono svolte le cose per noi hanno tutta l'aria di essere solo una gigantesca truffa. Mai più ci rivolgeremo a loro per un noleggio. Spero solo che ci restituiscono presto tutto quello che ci devono. Se potessi metterei zero stelle, come le macchine che alla fine abbiamo noleggiato con loro.

I just hope they get back everything they owe us soon. If I could I would put zero stars, like the cars we eventually rented with them.
