Une initiative locale menée des jeunes filles occupe une autre partie de ce palazzo unique, et fait revivre le patrimoine, dans le très beau village de San't Agata.
 We were able to visit the incredible cellars while the host was very busy.
A local initiative led by young girls occupies another part of this unique palazzo, and revives the heritage, in the very beautiful village of San't Agata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offre ottima cucina ayurvedica e promuove il territorio servendosi di antichi orti terrazzati, abbandonati da lungo tempo. Vengono coltivate verdure di varietà antiche , difficilmente reperibili ai nostri giorni, che vengono poi utilizzate per la cucina del ristorante ( che assume quindi un carattere stagionale). Talvolta è possibile ascoltare musica live o assistere alla proiezioni di cortometraggi, anche lavorare sul tavolo cooworking o partecipare a corsi e laboratori. Infatti la sede di Filocafe' è una stupenda dimora storica , il palazzo Rainone della famiglia Mustilli, un luogo Dove sembra che il tempo si sia fermato . Il palazzo Rainone ospita anche interessanti mostre d'arte (in questo periodo, fino al 21 dicembre, sono in esposizione le "Matres" di Gustavo Delugan.
It offers excellent Ayurvedic cuisine and promotes the area using ancient terraced gardens, abandoned for a long time. Vegetables of ancient varieties are grown, difficult to find in our days, which are then used for the kitchen of the restaurant (which therefore takes on a seasonal character). Sometimes it is possible to listen to live music or watch short film screenings, even work on the co-working table or participate in courses and workshops. In fact, the Filocafe 'headquarters is a wonderful historic residence, the Rainone palace of the Mustilli family, a place where time seems to have stopped. Palazzo Rainone also hosts interesting art exhibitions (in this period, until December 21st, Gustavo Delugan's "Matres" are on display.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stato piacevolissimo scoprire questo luogo durante una passeggiata a piedi nel borgo di Sant'Agata De' Goti. Filocafè è situato in un antico palazzo, è una sorta di salotto aperto al pubblico. Un luogo molto originale e attivo con una serie di altre collaborazioni sul territorio. Noi abbiamo ricevuto un'entusiasmante accoglienza...e consumato bevande calde accompagnate da biscotti fatti in casa e un cocktail ben presentato. È uno dei pochi locali trovato aperto la sera di Pasqua nel centro storico, pronto ad accogliere i turisti che giungono in questo splendido e caratteristico paese.
It was very pleasant to discover this place during a walk in the village of Sant'Agata De 'Goti. Filocafè is located in an ancient building, it is a sort of living room open to the public. A very original and active place with a number of other collaborations in the area. We received an enthusiastic welcome ... and consumed hot drinks accompanied by homemade biscuits and a well presented cocktail. It is one of the few places found open on Easter evening in the historic center, ready to welcome tourists who come to this splendid and characteristic town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you visit the Filocafe you will immediately thrown back in time. The majestic Rainone-Mustilli Palace, where the new Filocafe is located, makes for an incredible setting, with loads of interesting projects going on inside: restaurant, co-working space, courses and more.
To top all of this, Gauri's and Luciana's mission of sustainable tourism is the cherry on the cake for this wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Filo Cafe recently and what I especially appreciated was a good space for working in peace and quiet! The cafe also is very social, if that is what you are after. The staff are kind and caring. The food I ate here was special and very good quality. Overall I would very much recommend this spot!
