Era tutto abbondante e c'era un'ampia scelta anche di pani particolari. Da provare assolutamente. Great food and impeccable service. I attended a wine tasting evening. Even if it is a "gourmet" restaurant, you don't go away with an empty stomach! It was all plentiful and there was also a wide choice of special breads. Absolutely to try.

Servizio impeccabile e professionale, ci è piaciuto in particolare il perfetto abbinamento alle portate con vini del territorio proposti da piccole realtà poco conosciute ma davvero interessanti. Il menù è vario, elaborato con la giusta attenzione alle materie prime della zona, ma talvolta tende a voler eccedere (la chicca finale con differenti varietà di piccoli dolcetti ci è parsa un po' stucchevole, forse perché a fine pranzo ci si alza satolli ma al dessert è difficile dire di no..). Merita 4,5 stelle, la mezza stella in più è per l'incoraggiamento perché si percepisce la voglia di fare bene e di continuare a migliorare. Bella realtà a Sant'Agata, che va sostenuta! Impeccable and professional service, we particularly liked the perfect pairing with local wines offered by small, little-known but really interesting companies. The menu is varied, elaborated with the right attention to the raw materials of the area, but sometimes it tends to want to exceed (the final gem with different varieties of small sweets seemed a bit cloying, perhaps because at the end of the lunch you get up full but to dessert it is difficult to say no ..). It deserves 4.5 stars, the extra half star is for encouragement because you feel the desire to do well and continue to improve. Beautiful reality in Sant'Agata, which must be supported!

Di assoluto rilievo, nel menu degustazione, gli antipasti e i primi, con accostamenti di sapori innovativi e ben riusciti. Prezzo non trascurabile ma adeguato al contesto, al servizio e alla cucina. Of absolute importance, in the tasting menu, the appetizers and first courses, with innovative and successful combinations of flavors.
