Ero elegible per farlo gratuitamente ma per sbrigarmi ho deciso di farlo privatamente a domicilio con Laboratorio Filia, 90 euro. Risultati arrivati dopo 60 ore (risultato quasi obsoleto), perche hanno mandato i campioni a un laboratorio centrale (non era stato comunicato inizialmente). Ora sto aspettando risposta su eventuale rimborso e anche quello stiamo aspettando laboratorio centrale. Un principio insensato.. io ho fatto contratto con Filia non con lavoratorio centrale, eppure Filia ha scaricato il loro rischio, se laboratorio centrale non rimborsa immagino non rimborsino. Bassa professionalita'
Terrible experience. I returned to Italy from Singapore for Christmas holidays. I had to do COVID molecular testing to get out of quarantine. I was eligible to do it for free but to hurry up I decided to do it privately at home with Laboratorio Filia, 90 euros. Results arrived after 60 hours (almost obsolete result), because they sent the samples to a central laboratory (it had not been communicated initially). Now I am waiting for an answer on possible reimbursement and that too we are waiting for central laboratory. A senseless principle .. I signed a contract with Filia not with a central worker, yet Filia has discharged their risk, if the central laboratory does not reimburse I imagine they will not reimburse. Low professionalism
