Ringrazio la Dott.ssa Raffaele per avermi dedicato la sua grande esperienza,grazie alla quale ho avuto una 'risposta completa'alle terapie...e per non avermi mai fatto sentire un numero ...ma una persona !Ringrazio tutti gli infermieri ,con particolare stima e gratitudine Gerardo...Ringrazio il Direttore di questa Struttura ,il Dott.Moscati,per averla resa quella che è. The Department of Oncology of the S. Andrea sulla Cassia Presidium was and is my oasis ... my island that doesn't exist ....... I immediately felt safe ... and lucky. 'advanced' cancer. All operators are highly professional and are capable of extraordinary humanity in their treatments! I thank Dr. Raffaele for dedicating her great experience to me, thanks to which I had a 'complete response' to the therapies ... and for never making me feel a number ... but a person! I thank all the nurses, with particular esteem and gratitude Gerardo ... I thank the Director of this Structure, Dr. Moscati, for making it what it is.
R	Rivero Band on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro direttore sanitario deve sapere che nel suo presidio il dottore che sta nella stanza dei prelievi è andato via prima delle 12.00.Io ero in sala di attesa che aspettavo il mio turno dalle 11.45 col numero 34 ...ma i numeri erano fermi al 32 da un bel po'. Busso alla stanza prelievi e trovo ben 5 infermieri a fare comunella a ridere e scherzare.Gli dico "ma non chiamate più i numeri ?" Risposta:"fino alle 12.00" nessuno che controllava se qualcuno doveva fare l'analisi del sangue. CONCLUSIONE: nell'orario di lavoro non hanno chiamato piu numeri fermi al 32...loro chiacchieravano e non si sono accorti che io ero li dalle 11.45...il dottore che doveva fare l'analisi è andato via prima dell'orario e io non ho potuto fare le analisi......Una nota di ammonizione è il minimo da fare a questi dipendenti. MALASANITA' !!!!! B	Bob Deno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato altri reparti oncologici in Italia ma questa struttura mi sembra solo ambulatoriale mentre avrebbe bisogno di essere in una struttura ospedaliera in modo da interfacciare in tempo reale con urologia, pneumologia, gastroenterologia, ortopedia, ginecologia ecc ecc poiché i malati oncologici hanno diverse patologie. Disorganizzato nell'accettazione e tempi di attesa con appuntamento di quasi 2 ore. I have visited other oncology departments in Italy but this structure seems to me only outpatient while it would need to be in a hospital in order to interface in real time with urology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, gynecology etc. etc. since cancer patients have different pathologies. Disorganized in the acceptance and waiting times with an appointment of almost 2 hours.
M	Maria Grazia Ribeca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo mio padre doveva fare visita endocrinologia non lo hanno fatto entrare. nel corridoio si sono prese le analisi che aveva. dopo 5 minuti gli hanno detto di fare i controllo tra 6 mesi. Siete stati fortunati perché mio padre anziano evoi ne avete approfittato era solo io avrei chiamato i carabinieri. Peccato che per colpa di pochi la sanità italiana passi per negativa. K	Kri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambiate nome alla struttura, se come dite voi succede a tutti che si sbagliano con il VERO ospedale, non questa casetta, cambiategli il nome! Il dottore con il quale abbiamo fatto al visita dermatologica è stato molto molto maleducato e presuntuoso, per non parlare del fatto che la visita è durata un minuto scarso e ha guardato il neo di striscio dicendo è tutto apposto. spero sia davvero tutto apposto. ma sopratutto se date gli appuntamenti alle 12.30 non potete chiudere il cup alle 12.25. mai più Change the name of the structure, if as you say it happens to everyone who is wrong with the REAL hospital, not this little house, change its name! Mia sorella disabile che doveva fare la visita endocrinologica l’hanno tenuta nel corridoio senza neanche visitarla ???poi il dottore ha preso le sue analisi per guardarli dandogli l’indicazioni sbagliati,, schifo Niente privacy poi perché il dottore parlava dei problemi di mia sorella in corridoio dove passavano un sacco di persone !!! DO NOT go to this place !!!! La mia richiesta era (e resterà era) di conoscere quando mia moglie (in lista da prima di Natale per un intervento di ginecologia approssimativamente previsto tra gennaio/febbraio u. s.) sarebbe potuta essere chiamata.
