F	Francesco Castiglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nostra azienda, SELCO s.a.s ha intrattenuto contatti con la loro agente Alessia D., effettuato scambio di e-mail con i contenuti tecnici richiesti, provveduto a bonificare anticipatamente il corrispettivo richiesto dopodichè sono letteralmente spariti. INCONTATTABILI telefonicamente, ignorano tutte le e-mail. Cambiando telefono, utilizzando il cellulare personale rispondono al primo squillo, e mi dicono che sicuramente il nostro lavoro è in corso e riceveremo il nostro Report in 30 gg lavorativi, abbiamo saldato la fattura il 10/05/2021, ad oggi 02/07/2021 non abbiamo ricevuto NULLA. Dopo altri reiterati tentativi di telefonate cui non abbiamo ricevuto risposta, abbiamo ricevuto una risposta ad una mail da parte di una loro operatrice che ha dichiarato che la nostra pratica è in lavorazione e il report verrà inviato entro il 10 luglio. Aggiornerò la recensione una volta ricevuto il report. Our company, SELCO s.a.s, maintained contact with their agent Alessia D., exchanged e-mails with the required technical contents, proceeded to clear the required amount in advance after which they literally disappeared. UNCONTACTABLE by phone, they ignore all e-mails. Changing phone, using their personal mobile phone, they answer on the first ring, and they tell me that surely our work is in progress and we will receive our Report in 30 working days, we have paid the invoice on 10/05/2021, to date 02/07/20 2021 we have not received ANYTHING. After other repeated attempts to phone calls to which we have not received an answer, we received a response to an email from one of their operators who stated that our case is in progress and the report will be sent by 10 July. I will update the review once I have received the report.

Davvero il massimo ! One of the few companies that respected everything he said, from a human point of view I have been very understanding for some delays we have made in payments. Really the best!

Abbiamo dovuto fare una grande azione di marketing per il lancio del nostro prodotto in Italia e grazie a loro le vendite vanno nel verso giusto! Impeccable social management, I can only recommend them. We had to do a great marketing action for the launch of our product in Italy and thanks to them the sales are going in the right direction!

Abbiamo pagato 425 euro per ricevere 55 nomi di aziende interessate al nostro servizio (un plug in per ecommerce compatibile con siti woocommerce). Con quasi un mese di ritardo abbiamo ricevuto una lista in cui 50 aziende erano fuori target, le altre, contattate, hanno riferito di non aver mai ricevuto alcuna chiamata da Willmore. Contattati al telefono i signori di Willmore hanno sostenuto (ci sarebbe veramente da ridere se non mi avessero fregato i soldi) che le aziende fuori target hanno affermato in chiamata "che il loro sito era realizzato con woocommerce"(!!!). Si rifiutano di ridarmi i soldi. Hanno tirato la fregatura anche ad altri. Fate attenzione a questa gente. Stateci alla larga. They took my money and sent me a list with random names. We paid 425 euros to receive 55 names of companies interested in our service (an ecommerce plugin compatible with woocommerce sites). Almost a month late we received a list in which 50 companies were out of target, the others, contacted, reported that they had never received any calls from Willmore. Contacted on the phone, the Willmore gentlemen claimed (it would be really funny if they hadn't stolen my money) that off-target companies said on call "that their site was built with woocommerce" (!!!). They refuse to give me my money back. They pulled the rip off to others as well. Beware of these people. Stay away from it.

A distanza di quasi 4 anni ho di nuovo collaborato con loro e se prima erano bravi nel loro lavoro ora posso dire che sono incredibili! I contacted Filarco for the first time in 2018 and I was satisfied with the work done. After almost 4 years I have collaborated with them again and if they were good at their job before, now I can say that they are incredible!
