★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: attrezzi recenti, la palestra e lo spogliatoio sono pulitissimi, così come gli attrezzi essendo presente (e incitato all'uso sui macchinari sia dal proprietario che da cartelli vari sparsi per la palestra) un rotolo di scottex e alcool in piena vista.
Contro: alcuni attrezzi (nonostante indubbiamente recenti) mancano di manutenzione(ad esempio ci sono spugne e impugnature rotte), c'è una pavimentazione spugnosa nera nell'area dei manubri che lascia dei pezzetti ovunque e dalle docce escono solo due temperature estreme, azoto liquido prima e lava poi, motivo per cui bisogna far scorrere davvero parecchio l'acqua.
Conclusioni: un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo della struttura. Purtroppo/per fortuna non ha concorrenza in zona
Pros: recent tools, the gym and the dressing room are very clean, as well as the tools being present (and encouraged to use them both by the owner and various signs scattered around the gym) a roll of paper towels and alcohol in full view.
Cons: some tools (although undoubtedly recent) lack maintenance (for example there are sponges and broken handles), there is a spongy black flooring in the area of the handlebars which leaves small pieces everywhere and only two extreme temperatures come out of the showers, nitrogen liquid first and then wash, which is why you have to really run the water a lot.
Conclusions: a good quality / price ratio of the structure. Unfortunately / fortunately it has no competition in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra è nuova, tenuta maniacalmente pulita, perfetta e completa in tutti i suoi attrezzi ( nuovi altrettanto) Marco ed Elina sono il top per la preparazione e gli allenamenti. Completa il tutto anche svariati corsi da pilates a quello di pugilato, mma ecc. consiglio vivamente per chi vuole frequentare un ambiente sano e godere di allenamenti mirati. ?
The gym is new, kept maniacally clean, perfect and complete in all its equipment (just as new) Marco and Elina are the top for preparation and training. It also completes various courses from pilates to boxing, mma etc. highly recommend for those who want to attend a healthy environment and enjoy targeted workouts. ?
