M	Marina Senatore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avevo mai "sperimentato" il crossfit. La parola "box" che sostituisce la parola "palestra" mi suonava così curiosa.. Poi entri nel box..sembra un garage! Noi tutti abituati ai tappeti elettrici..alla ciclette..alle panche x addominali.. Qui invece non c'è niente di tutto ciò.. Ma trovi Kettlebell, bilanciere, rope, e rack.. E che sono ? ? Sono attrezzi fantastici..!! Attrezzi che provi e non torni più indietro.. Non torni più in palestra.. Provi il crossfit.. e nn lo molli più. Non c'è l istruttore, ma c'è il coach: Emanuele ed Enrico in questo caso Due ragazzi con tanta voglia di fare.. di insegnare..e di farti innamorare di tutto ciò! E ci riescono alla grande! Il crossfit..questa disciplina a corpo libero.. ma che piace così tanto.. che ti "regala" il corpo che hai sempre desiderato con un po di impegno.. Un box fantastico.. persone meravigliose..ti senti a casa.. una famiglia.. Non ti annoi.. ti diverti mantenendoti in forma alla grande! C'è solo da provare x non andare più via! L unico box in zona degno del nome CROSSFIT! Saluto la loro mascotte Rich? I had never "experienced" crossfit. The word "box" replacing the word "gym" sounded so curious .. Then you enter the box ... it looks like a garage! We are all used to electric carpets ... to cycling ... to abdominal benches ... Here, on the other hand, there is none of this ... But you find Kettlebell, barbell, rope, and rack .. And what are they? ? They are fantastic tools .. !! Tools you try and never come back .. Don't come back to the gym anymore ... Try the crossfit .. and don't give up any more. There is no instructor, but there is the coach: Emanuele and Enrico in this case Two guys with a great desire to do ... to teach ... and make you fall in love with it all! And they succeed great! The crossfit..this free body discipline .. but that you like so much .. that gives you "the body" that you always wanted with a bit of commitment .. A fantastic box .. wonderful people .. you feel at home .. a family .. You don't get bored .. you have fun keeping yourself in great shape! You just have to try x don't go away anymore!
