Eccelle in pulizia attrezzature, spogliatoi, docce e servizi igienici.
È dotata di un parcheggio ampio dotato di telecamere.
In questa palestra regna un clima di collaborazione tra gli iscritti che si allenano, i quali si aiutano tra loro nell'esecuzione degli esercizi e si scambiano opinioni e consigli sull'esecuzione dell'esercizio effettuato e/o da farsi.
Il Maestro Claudio Amendola e la consorte Maestra Margherita Errichiello sono ben preparati professionalmente nelle varie discipline che si svolgono e mettono tanto cuore in quello che fanno, preparano schede di allenamento a secondo delle esigenze fisiche dell'iscritto, seguono con scrupolo gli allenamenti di ogni iscritto e son pronti ad intervenire dando degli ottimi consigli.
Entrambi sono di grande esempio, in quanto sono i primi a sostenere intensi allenamenti, facendo ciò invogliano a fare sempre meglio tutti coloro che si allenano.
Suggerisco questa Palestra a tutti coloro i quali hanno voglia di allenarsi sul serio.
