Interessata fissai l'appuntamento al 24 aprile 2021 ore 11 presso l'agenzia di Parma via Mentana 89. Appuntamento che mi veniva confermato a mezzo sms. Stamattina sono giunta all'indirizzo e, oltre all'ingresso occupato da erbacce, ho percepito l'assenza di professionalità degli agenti trovando l'agenzia chiusa. Grazie per avermi fatto fare un viaggio per nulla. Vedrò di recarmi in banca dove sicuramente troverò più professionalità
