Sono l'amministratore di una piccola ditta sempre in attivo, non avevamo fidi di cassa, né salvo buon fine, neppure assegni. Purtroppo le spese erano altissime: 3.50 Euro per ogni bonifico predisposto telematicamente da me, 95,00 euro ogni trimestre più i bolli degli estratti conto (25,00 Euro a trimestre). Quando ho chiesto il motivo di queste spese così alte mi è stato risposto che erano le condizioni standard accettate all'apertura del conto corrente (non da me). Ho chiesto di rivedere questi costi, per un mese nessuna risposta. Ho sollecitato, ma ancora niente, nessuna risposta o spiegazione. A fine settembre ho chiuso il conto corrente.
 Unfortunately, my experience with this bank was negative. I am the administrator of a small company that is always in surplus, we had no cash or credit checks, nor checks. Unfortunately, the costs were very high: 3.50 euros for each bank transfer prepared by me, 95.00 euros each quarter plus the stamps of the account statements (25.00 euros per quarter). When I asked why these expenses were so high, I was told that the standard conditions were accepted when the current account was opened (not by me). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse l'utente che ha lasciato 1 stella aveva trovato un'altra "gestione" rispetto a quella che ho trovato io dato che mi sento di dover spezzare una lancia in favore della filiale che ha proprio come punto di forza il personale sempre attento e preciso a soddisfare o comunque a elaborare tutte le tipologie di richieste: un'organizzazione chiara e pulita che in altri istituti è difficile trovare. Per quanto riguarda i costi li trovo in linea con quelli delle altre banche, per quello è doveroso stare attenti in prima persona ai medesimi e magari effettuare richieste specifiche.
Perhaps the user who left 1 star had found another "management" compared to what I found since I feel I have to break a spear in favor of the branch which has as its strong point the staff always attentive and precise to satisfy or in any case to process all types of requests: a clear and clean organization that is difficult to find in other institutions. As for the costs I find them in line with those of the other banks, for that it is right to be attentive in first person to them and perhaps make specific requests.
