★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avevano raccomanda questa officina autorizzata Fiat. Mi sono recato in questa offina per la prima volta per un problema allo start stop. Ottima officina mi fa la diagnosi è il giorno dopo mi sostituisce il pezzo. Quello che non mi piace di questa officina, se hai un problema devi prendere appuntamento.
La seconda volta che mi recò in officina è per un problema chiave keyless. Non apriva le portiere manualmente. La prima risposta del proprietario dell'officina:
Io cosa ci posso fare.?
La mia risposta: Questa è un officina autorizzata Jeep mi sostituisca il cilindro della chiave.
Si prende il mio numero di cellulare e mi dice che in giornata mi avrebbe ricontatto per dirmi i costi. Non sono mai stato ricontattato.
Ora posso capire che non sono cliente ma è un officina autorizzata e quindi non serve.
In quell'officina non vado più perché sono stato trattato in maniera poco professionale e gentile, inoltre è molto cara. Da rivedere per la gentilezza è la cortesia.
I had been recommended to this authorized Fiat workshop. I went to this shop for the first time due to a problem at the start stop. The second time I went to the workshop it was for a keyless key problem. He did not open the doors manually. The first response from the owner of the workshop:

My Answer: This is a Jeep authorized workshop replace the key cylinder for me.
He takes my mobile number and tells me that he would contact me again today to tell me the costs. I have never been contacted.
Now I can understand that I am not a customer but it is an authorized workshop and therefore it is not needed.
I don't go to that workshop anymore because I was treated unprofessionally and kindly, plus it's very expensive. To be reviewed for kindness and courtesy.
