Se inserisco la fascia oraria per il ritiro tra le 10 e le 12 non potete passare alle 13:28 senza nemmeno fare una telefonata per concordare un orario diverso da quello indicato! Professionalità e servizio pessimo!

If I enter the time slot for collection between 10 and 12 you cannot pass at 13:28 without even making a phone call to agree on a different time from the one indicated! Professionalism and bad service!
