★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pasta come una volta. Tutto buonissimo. Pasta ripiena preparata sul momento, mai mangiati ravioli così buoni. Nulla a che vedere con altri pastifici che si spacciano per artigianali. Il sig Salvatore e la moglie Maria lavorano la pasta con grande passione.
Pasta as it once was. All very good. Stuffed pasta made on the spot, never eaten such good ravioli. Nothing to do with other pasta factories that pretend to be artisanal. Mr. Salvatore and his wife Maria work the pasta with great passion.

Il Signore, che immagino si chiami Salvatore GENTILISSIMO e onestissimo a richiesta di 4etti di gnocchi passavano di 32gr e li ha tolti per fare il prezzo salvo poi rimetterli sul vassoio. La signora in negozio sarà la giornata, sarà forse la mia curiosità sui loro prodotti ma tutto è apparsa fuorché gentile. Tornerò certamente per la qualità dei prodotti non per la gentilezza della signora.
Excellent fresh pesto pasta. The Lord, who I guess is called Salvatore VERY KIND and very honest at the request of 4 ounces of gnocchi passed 32g and removed them to make the price only to then put them back on the tray. The lady in the shop will be the day, maybe it will be my curiosity about their products but everything appeared but kind. I will certainly return for the quality of the products not for the kindness of the lady.
