★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo deciso di provare la pasta fresca di questo pastificio a partire dai ravioli ripieni di cernia.
A parte la forma carinissima (a pesce) del raviolo, la materia prima ed il sapore erano sinceramente ottimi. I commessi oltre ad essere gentili, chiedendo (altre volte spontaneamente) forniscono consigli su come guarnire la pasta per valorizzarla al meglio.
In generale sono gentili e svelti, molto efficienti.
Il giorno stesso abbiamo acquistato anche del pesto fatto da loro: davvero molto buono.
Dato il successo dei ravioli, il giorno successivo abbiamo comprato dei maccheroni di farina di lenticchie rosse biologiche: gustosissimi, tempi di cottura rapidi (tipico della pasta fresca), accompagnati ad un sugo di carne acquistato sempre da loro.
La scelta di pasta e sughi é estremamente ampia, specie per la prima: spaghetti al cacao, fusilli alla maggiorana, ravioli alla boraggine, gnocchi ripieni di formaggio e prosciutto... Insomma, cose mai viste da altre parti super interessanti!
Per i sughi esiste la possibilità di accedere a più formati di vasetto, per le proprie esigenze (piccoli, medi, grandi).
I prezzi sono corretti :2etti di pasta, più pesto o sugo vasetto medio, circa 10€.
Appena torneremo in vacanza ci torneremo.
P. S spesso la coda é tanta, bisogna munirsi di numero e pazienza.
We decided to try the fresh pasta of this pasta factory starting with the ravioli stuffed with grouper.
Apart from the cute shape (fish) of the ravioli, the raw material and the flavor were genuinely excellent. The shop assistants in addition to being kind, asking (at other times spontaneously) provide advice on how to garnish the pasta to make the most of it.
In general they are kind and quick, very efficient.
The same day we also bought some pesto made by them: really very good.
Given the success of the ravioli, the next day we bought some organic red lentil flour macaroni: very tasty, fast cooking times (typical of fresh pasta), accompanied by a meat sauce always bought from them.
The choice of pasta and sauces is extremely wide, especially for the first one: spaghetti with cocoa, fusilli with marjoram, ravioli with boraggine, gnocchi stuffed with cheese and ham ... In short, things never seen from other super interesting parts!
For sauces, there is the possibility of accessing multiple jar sizes, for your needs (small, medium, large).
The prices are correct: 2 ounces of pasta, plus pesto or medium-sized sauce, about 10 €.
As soon as we go back on vacation we will be back.
P. S the queue is often a lot, you need to have number and patience.

The people who serve are kind.
We come back home after the holiday and have some more great food to enjoy!
