Il semi freddo al pistacchio era ottimo. Il personale molto disponibile e il proprietario gentilissimo. Ve lo consiglio I celebrated my son's graduation ...... Tutto era squisito, tantissimi antipasti uno più buono dell altro accompagnato dal pane freschissimo e croccante. Primi deliziosi e un brasato con le patate che a parole non si può spiegare!Le porzioni sono ricche!una parola la merita anche l olio che viene usato talmente intenso nel sapore e nel colore che pensi sia sia stato spremuto da pochissimo. Complimenti a tutti i ragazzi della sala, gentili, disponibili e sempre sorridenti! Proprietario gentilissimo. Che dire, quando il proprio lavoro è fatto con passione si vede. Torneremo assolutamte in questo luogo magico ai piedi dell etna! We discovered this enchanting place thanks to the positive reviews and well what about reviews that I fully confirm! Everything was exquisite, lots of appetizers, one better than the other accompanied by very fresh and crunchy bread. Delicious first courses and a braised meat with potatoes that cannot be explained in words! The portions are rich! A word also deserves the oil that is used so intense in flavor and color that you think it has been squeezed very recently. Congratulations to all the guys in the room, kind, helpful and always smiling! Very kind owner. What can I say, when your work is done with passion it shows. We will absolutely return to this magical place at the foot of Etna!

On top of one of the most famous town in Sicily you can enjoy your food/drink/dinner or whatever you want without any problem. The amazing view of Etna Volcano will take your breath away, especially when it erupts. Welcoming staff will help you in any moment. Don't miss also the pool!
