★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo! Il pullman Conversano Turi è una lotteria? A volte passa a volte no, spesso è troppo pieno e lascia i ragazzi a terra e noi genitori dobbiamo andare a prenderli alle 15. Però noi l abbonamento l abbiamo pagato per intero, per un servizio efficiente e in anticipo!
Vi prego di organizzare le corse in maniera razionale
 One star is too much! Is the Conversano Turi bus a lottery? Sometimes it passes, sometimes not, it is often too full and leaves the kids on the ground and we parents have to go and pick them up at 3 pm. But we paid for the subscription in full, for an efficient service in advance!
Please organize the races in a rational way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sul bus per Adelfia delle 19,15 del 09/07 la maggior parte dei viaggiatori è senza la mascherina obbligatoria. Ma chi è deputato all'applicazione delle prescrizioni peraltro riportate in vigore dal 01/07, come riportato sul sito dell'azienda?
On the bus to Adelfia at 19.15 on 09/07 most of the travelers are without the mandatory mask. But who is in charge of applying the provisions, moreover, in force since 01/07, as reported on the company's website?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferrovie del terzo mondo. Purtroppo è una recensione che faccio a seguito di varie esperienze negative, ma oggi si è superato il limite. Varie volte mi è capitato di acquistare il biglietto di autobus che non si sono presentati o di treni che mi hanno visto essere deriso da un controllore che trovava esagerato il fatto che avessi obliterato a penna il biglietto(sempre con FSE intendo). Oggi per l'ennesima volta mi sono trovato con la mia compagna incinta di 9 mesi ad aspettare un'ora un autobus per Putignano che non è mai passato. Quando noi e altri passeggeri abbiamo chiesto informazioni all'autista di un altro autobus FSE ci ha risposto che detto autobus era passato e non ce ne eravamo accorti. E saremmo una decina di passeggeri con biglietto a non averlo visto.
Third world railways. Unfortunately it is a review that I do following various negative experiences, but today the limit has been exceeded. Several times I happened to buy a ticket for buses that did not show up or for trains that saw me being laughed at by a conductor who found it exaggerated that I had stamped the ticket (always with FSE I mean). Today for the umpteenth time I found myself with my 9 months pregnant partner waiting an hour for a bus to Putignano that never passed. When we and other passengers asked the driver of another FSE bus for information, he replied that the bus had passed and we hadn't noticed it. And we would be a dozen passengers with tickets not having seen it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty, broken buses. There is no information for tourists anywhere. We had to ask 10 different people until we found where to buy a ticket and then where to find the bus stop. Very disorganized and tourist unfriendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a chaotic company. We wanted to buy tickets from Bari to Arbelobello. The only place to buy tickets on the Bari central station was closed the whole day. Employee from train station told us to buy tickets opposite the street what actually appeared to be a cafeteria and noone would expect to buy tickets there.
The tickets are open and are valid for 4 hours so there is no guarantee that even if you buy the ticket you get also seat in the bus.
That happened to few people traveling from Arbelobello back to Bari with us. The last bus at 16:55 was quickly full and the driver told the people that did not get in to take a train to Bari (last 2 hours longer than bus) even if they had a ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You buy tickets from train station then you find out that in front of you there are so many people that not even 2 buses would be enough to take all of them and you. Also there is no refund or changing your ticket to another hour or destination, so you just loose your money and that's it. Maybe they will improve in the future.
