Digital zero. The apps they have don't even remotely work, as does their site with busted schedules and without even a shadow of the name of the stops. Sucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa sera, mercoledì 23 luglio 2014 sono andato a Settimo Torinese da Biella per prendere l'autobus che mi doveva portare a Vieste per passare alcuni giorni con la mia famiglia, peccato che del pullman non ne abbia trovato traccia,( come anche per le indicazioni di fermata,"sottopasso corso Piemonte") Dopo circa un'ora di attesa ho deciso di ritornare a casa e le mie seppur corte ferie sono saltate.
Voglio complimentarmi con la dirigenza di "Ferrovie del Gargano S.R.L." per la loro superficialità non casuale con cui gestisce il sevizio e mi riferisco anche alla soppressione della fermata autostradale di Rho dove per puro caso ci siamo accorti (la mia famiglia partiva solitamente da li) che era "soppressa", peccato che anche quì non sia stata avvisata l'utenza ( siamo nell'era delle mail). Tornando alla mia ultima in tutti i sensi esperienza con "Ferrovie del Gargano S.R.L." mi chiedo; ma i due autisti che sapevano che a Settimo Torinese doveva salire una persona a cosa pensavano? per fortuna non fanno i cardiochirurghi... penso io. ancora complimenti per questo sublime esempio di servizio pubblico.
Tonight, Wednesday, July 23, 2014 I went to Settimo Torinese from Biella to take the bus that had to take me to Vieste to spend a few days with my family, too bad that the bus has found no trace of it (as well as for directions stop, "underpass corso Piemonte" After about an hour of waiting I decided to go home and my even short holidays are skipped.
I want to congratulate the management of "Ferrovie del Gargano S.R.L." for their superficiality not casual with which it manages the service and I refer also to the suppression of the Rho motorway stop where, by pure chance, we realized (my family usually departed from there) that was "suppressed", a pity that it is not even here the user has been advised (we are in the mail era). Returning to my last experience in all senses with "Ferrovie del Gargano S.R.L." I wonder; but the two drivers who knew that in Settimo Torinese a person had to climb to what they thought? fortunately they are not cardiac surgeons ... I think. again congratulations for this sublime example of public service.

DO NOT TRUST THEM, I lost 4 tickets because the bus did not pass and despite continuing to contact them they do not deign to answer me
