★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treni in ritardo, fatiscenti e privi di qualsiasi comfort. Personale assolutamente assente e zero tutela nei confronti del passeggero. I treni sono sempre molto pieni e spesso mi sono trovata spettatrice di risse e bravate da parte degli studenti pendolari. A tutti è consentito fumare qualsiasi cosa e nessuno dice niente. Molti studenti viaggiano senza prendere il biglietto. Non è normale che non ci sia un minimo di controllo.
Late trains, crumbling and lacking in any comfort. Absent staff and zero protection for passengers. The trains are always very full and I have often found myself a spectator of fights and stunts from commuting students. Everyone is allowed to smoke anything and nobody says anything. Many students travel without taking the ticket. It is not normal that there is not a minimum of control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treni molto spesso in ritardo soprattutto nel periodo scolastico. Il personale a bordo si limita a dare il via alla partenza e non controlla mai i biglietti. Molti viaggiatori sono sprovvisti di biglietto. D'estate è facile viaggiare su mezzi vecchi e senza climatizzazione.
Dopo il passaggio della gestione a Trenitalia non si sono visti significativi miglioramenti. Si viaggia spesso su binario unico e l'elettrificazione della linea non è stata ancora messa in funzione.
Trains very often late, especially during the school period. The staff on board simply starts the race and never checks the tickets. Many travelers do not have a ticket. In summer it is easy to travel on old vehicles and without air conditioning.
After the transfer of management to Trenitalia, no significant improvements were seen. We often travel on a single track and the electrification of the line has not yet been put into operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid if you can!!! Really bad service, woman which sold us tickets told us inccorect platform, and there was 2 trains at the same time. Becouse of this we were late for event in another city. Service was really poor, and saleswoman was bussy playing cash-machine.
DO NOT USE THIS STATION! Better go to Bari Centrale and take train from FSE platform.
