Mi sono recata nella ferramenta in oggetto per duplicare una chiave dal costo di 1,50€. Ho dato al proprietario 5€ e lui mi ha sgarbatamente invitata ad andare a fare un altro acquisto perché non aveva sufficiente moneta per poi fare i resti durante la giornata.
Esterrefatta dal comportamento incivile dell’uomo, gli ho risposto che no, non avevo intenzione di fare altri acquisti per procurargli moneta e che quelli dati (i miei) erano comunque soldi e nemmeno molti tra l’altro. Sempre in modo sgarbato mi ha tirato il resto sul bancone.
Raccontandolo in giro nel mio quartiere, risulta essere noto il comportamento del proprietario, privo di qualsiasi riguardo verso la clientela

I went to the hardware store to duplicate a key for € 1.50. I gave the owner € 5 and he rudely invited me to go and make another purchase because he didn't have enough money to make the remains during the day.
Esterrefatta by the uncivilized behavior of man, I replied that no, I had no intention of making other purchases to get him money and that those given (mine) were still money and not even many among others. Always so rude he pulled the rest on the counter.
Telling him around in my neighborhood, the behavior of the owner appears to be known, devoid of any regard for the clientele

Prezzi direi in linea anche con le grosse distribuzioni ma con il vantaggio di essere in centro. Duplicazione di chiavi disponibile. Ottimo. Pos non sempre disponibile meglio arrivare on il contante.
If they weren't still in the center they would be in pain. They have almost everything a hardware store does. Also available for advice and suggestions. Prices I would say also in line with large distributions but with the advantage of being in the center. Key duplication available. Great. Pos not always available better to arrive on cash.

Well-stocked hardware .... kindness .competence and what surprised me most was the myriad of handles and keys, even for antique furniture that are no longer around.

It just seemed like he was in no mood to deal with me.
