★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver acquistato una punta per il marmo a ben 3.50, ho fatto due fori dopo aver preforato con punte più piccole e la punta si è bruciata anche dopo esser stata più volte bagnata in ancqua. Sono tornato al negozio e dopo aver spiegato il problema, mi ha detto con modi poco cortesi che non poteva fare nulla, mentre leggeva il giornale, fregatura bella e buona, qualità pessima.

The managers are friendly and try to help the best. They tend to get the copies of the keys wrong a little (but they make them again) and sometimes you have to wait for the chat with the most friendly customers to end.
