August 19 im Seewinke GUTES - es war eine sehr saubere Wohnung - die Betten waren Spitze - auf dem Balkon mit dem Blick zum See, wunderschön - der Weinausschank neben der Wohnung, super ZU BEANSTANDEN - die Zeit in Bezug Wohnungseinrichtung ist in den 70er stehen geblieben - Reparaturen in der Wohnung lieblos ausgeführt Fliesen im Bad sind halt zugespachtelt Heizkörper im Bad total verrostet Außengeländer defekt. Wer sich dagegen lehnt fällt ein Stockwerk runter. Am Mittwoch Personal darauf hingewiesen, bis Samstag ist nichts passiert Abstelllösung für PKW in Garage nicht machbar. FAZIT - 98€ pro Tag sind für die Wohnung zu viel WAS ETWAS SCHMERZT - Nähe der Hauptstraße - ganztägig höher Lärmpegel vor allem durch Motorräder Es trotzdem ein wunderschöner Urlaub. f	fam duckers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtig uitzicht op het meer, mooie locatie tussen de wijngaarden. Keurig netjes en ruim appartement met een goed bed en ruime badkamer. Nadeel geen airco. Een drukke weg, die alternatief is voor de vlakbij gelegen autostrada, loopt vlak langs het appartement. Je kunt dus eigenlijk niet met de ramen open slapen vanwege de geluidsoverlast. Omdat er ook geen airco in het appartement zit, is dit een groot nadeel. Beautiful view of the lake, nice location among the vineyards. Das Highlight ist der Privatstrand Serwiese, unter der Leitung von Karlheinz, seine Speisen sind sehr köstlich und mit Liebe zubereitet. Der Steg und die Liegewiese laden zum Entspannen ein, und auch die sanitären Anlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Das dazugehörige Hotel bekommt bei uns 5 Sterne, und die Familie Morandell sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. The apartment is functional and very clean.
