★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cultura e l'educazione dell'impiegata addetta ai licenziamenti lascia davvero a desiderare. Alla frase " ho bisogno di licenziarmi in quanto sono una delle Vincitrici del concorso di accesso all'università e, per frequentare tale università, non potrò più dedicarmi al lavoro", l'impiegata controbatte per ben 3 volte " se vieni retribuita non avrai diritto alla disoccupazione" , convinta che i concorsi siano soltanto per posti di lavoro. Si accanisce, alterandosi, contro la cliente che cerca di spiegargli che ormai, ad oggi, per quasi TUTTI i corsi di laurea è necessario partecipare ad un concorso; i vincitori di tale concorso potranno iscriversi e quindi frequentare senza essere retribuiti ovviamente. È triste che in questi uffici ci siano tali personaggi che, permettendosi di alzare la voce per LORO mancanze culturali e per motivi così futili a mio avviso, influiscono su una valutazione che poteva essere di gran lunga positiva, mi avevano consigliato questo posto e so che ci lavorano persone competenti e soprattutto educate.

It is sad that in these offices there are such characters who, by allowing themselves to raise their voices for THEIR cultural shortcomings and for such trivial reasons in my opinion, influence an evaluation that could have been very positive, they had recommended this place to me and I know that competent and above all educated people work there.
