★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si può dare di meno, altrimenti lo avrei fatto. Esperienza di ricostruzione unghie semplicemente terribile. Al di là del tempo impiegato (3 ore esatte), sono uscita con delle unghie orripilanti, piene di avvallamenti e bozzi, assolutamente sproporzionate tra di loro in lunghezza, smalto bianco lattiginoso tutto a chiazze. Sinceramente in vent'anni è la prima volta che mi capita. E non è tutto. Poiché sono state eseguite dalla titolare Daniela, pensavo che mi sarei ritrovata con un lavoro eccellente... Invece dopo circa due ore di lavorazione, la titolare stessa mi dice che non è lei che di solito si occupa delle mani ma che la ragazza è in ferie... allora, dico io, perché prendere gli appuntamenti? Mi dispiace ma la ritengo una mancanza di professionalità e correttezza. Non posso ovviamente esprimermi sul resto dei servizi (ci tengo comunque a dire che si tratta di un centro estetico molto bello e pulito) ma per la mia esperienza è assolutamente BOCCIATO. 50 euro buttati.
You can't give less, otherwise I would have done it. Simply awful nail building experience. Beyond the time taken (3 hours exactly), I came out with horrifying nails, full of hollows and bumps, absolutely disproportionate to each other in length, milky white enamel all in patches. Honestly, this is the first time this has happened to me in twenty years. And that's not all. Since they were carried out by the owner Daniela, I thought I would have found myself with an excellent job ... Instead, after about two hours of work, the owner herself tells me that it is not she who usually takes care of the hands but that the girl is in holidays ... so, I say, why make appointments? I'm sorry but I consider it a lack of professionalism and fairness. Obviously I cannot comment on the rest of the services (I still want to say that it is a very nice and clean beauty center) but in my experience it is absolutely BOCCIATO. 50 euros thrown away.
