Lei non si è comportato con la diligenza professionale che Le era doverosa, assicurando di settimana in settimana l'arrivo dei libri di testo che poi non sono arrivati. Giovedì scorso alla richiesta dei libri ha risposto: giovedì prossimo forse. Evidentemente perché non portiamo una divisa non Le intetressa non perdere la faccia con noi! E a buon intenditor poche parole!
Il discorso dei libri non pagati poi non merita riscontro dato che li paghiamo con le tasse, non li sta regalando e nessuno la obbliga a fornire un servizio se non è in grado di farlo o di sostenerne i costi! Ad ogni buon conto mia figlia è dovuta andare a scuola senza libri con grave disagio emotivo per suo esclusivo fatto e colpa ma non sembra che ciò Le crei alcun problema, anzi si permette anche di elevarsi a buon professionista.
