Nonostante faccia parte di una grande catena e quindi è necessario un certo standard a livello di prodotto, chi fa la differenza sono i dipendenti al loro interno: competenti e sempre con la risposta pronta dove il cliente esce sempre soddisfatto e con qualcosa in mano. Anche il Direttore Antonio De Martini è una persona squisita ed è molto simpatico, senza contare che se c'è da accontentare il cliente si mette in moto come tutti gli altri e non fa il direttore: da tenerne conto, perché fa la differenza rispetto ad altre realtà omologhe.
