★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't give 5 since the breakfast is regular because of the coffee ( quite disappointing). For this type of hotel it is inadmissible to offer plastic glasses.

Hints: go to find the lake of Pergusa.
Un bellissimo palazzo, tutto pulito e ben sistemato, ricordatevi di andare a vedere il lago di Pergusa.

I send email request for banqueting for 50 person 2 emails 3 call almost 2 weeks passed . No respond back ! Seems they dont need no business , no good reputation.
So do not bother booking ! They do not respond anyways !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our visitation started with an uninterested reception lady which turned out to be the utmost best the service this hotel offered. Extremely poor diner choices, only one dessert and a couple of main courses. The starter we ordered showed an attempt of frying that instilled far more compassion with those having to serve this mostly empty hotel, then it did instill any appetite. Room service was not available, and coffee after diner could not even be ordered at the diner table. (Mind you, this is supposedly a 4 star hotel)
On top of this, the town itself offers extremely little making it a place I can highly recommend to avoid.
