★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura prenotata traminte Booking per 4 camere matrimoniali.
Purtroppo per avverse condizioni meteo non è stato possibile pernottare in quanto la strada era impraticabile causa neve.
Nonostante avessimo avvisato la struttura il pagamento era stato prelevato dalla mia carta di credito ugualmente.
A questo punto la disponibilità del proprietario è stata pari a zero in quanto avevo proposto di pernottare un altro giorno per recuperare la somma prelevata anche con una piccola differenz a suo favore ,ma la proposta è stata declinata da parte del proprietario con scortesia e scorrettezza.
Mai più Proserpina.

Unfortunately for adverse weather conditions it was not possible to stay overnight as the road was impractical due to snow.
Although we had notified the hotel the payment had been taken from my credit card anyway.
At this point the availability of the owner was zero because I proposed to stay another day to recover the sum also withdrawn into a small Differential in his favor, but the proposal was declined by the owner with rudeness and impropriety.
Never again Proserpina.

La gentilezza e la professionalità impagabile di Dario e Laura nel seguire e consigliare, l'ambiente unico, l'atmosfera magica dell'ubicazione posta in pieno centro ad Enna hanno reso il soggiorno veramente magico. Consiglo vivamente
I stayed on October 2 last night of a challenging Sicilian tour. The choice made by searching on tripadvaisor turned out to be fabulous !!! The kindness and priceless professionalism of Dario and Laura in following and advising, the unique environment, the magical atmosphere of the location in the center of Enna have made the stay truly magical. I strongly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagamento in anticipo, per ospitarci in una struttura che ci accorgiamo essere diversa da quella che avevamo prenotato. Ci dicono di richiamare dopo un’ora che ci avrebbero dato le camere che ci spettavano. Ovviamente dopo richiamiamo ma ci dicono che è troppo tardi. Ah! la colazione, diversamente da quanto riportato sul sito, non è inclusa.
In un BeB. Mi pare normale.

Payment in advance, to accommodate us in a structure that we realize is different from the one we had booked. They tell us to call back after an hour that they would give us the rooms we were entitled to. Obviously we call back later but they tell us it's too late. Ah! breakfast, unlike what is reported on the site, is not included.
In a BeB. It seems normal to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This wasnt the room I booked but the familiy clan gave me this. Between very bad and nightmare. Very Loud, heating not adjustable, bad bed. Dont stay in Hotel Bristol, B&B Centro Siciila and Enna Centro Proserpina: same family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and clean room. Dario helped us with parking a car and give us a recommendation what we shouldn't miss in Enna. I have to mention great breakfast. Especially the croissants was really tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location to explore Enna. The host was very kind and helpful. We were traveling with the bikes and we can store our bikes in the next door place. Very clean room. We appreciated the heating as the weather was chilly. Breakfast was gorgeous. Thank you!
