Arrivato in loco non trovo nessuno, ho aspettato che uno dei proprietari per fare il check-in dalle 16:15 alle 17:30, orario in cui è arrivato il Sig.Campanella che si è seduto per farmi fare il check-in come se nulla fosse; solo dopo le mie lamentele si è scusato per il disagio arrecato. Non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere in tutti i miei viaggi in Italia e all'estero, ma c'è sempre una prima volta per tutto. Volevo mettere una stella perché è assurdo che capitino cose del genere in una struttura adibita a ricevere persone, ma ne metto due perché devo dire che il soggiorno è andato bene e il Sig.Campanella si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile durante tutta la durata del soggiorno. Dopo il checkout si è di nuovo scusato per il disagio creato e questo l'ho apprezzato. Errare humanum est, perseverare autem diabolicum recita la locuzione latina. Speriamo che sia solo una tantum I had a reservation at Residence Campanella between 4pm and 5pm. Arrived on site I do not find anyone, I waited for one of the owners to check-in from 16:15 to 17:30, time in which Mr. Campanella arrived who sat down to make me check-in as if nothing was; only after my complaints did he apologize for the inconvenience caused. Such a thing had never happened to me in all my travels in Italy and abroad, but there is always a first time for everything. I wanted to put a star because it is absurd that such things happen in a structure used to receive people, but I put two because I must say that the stay went well and Mr. Campanella was kind and helpful throughout the duration of the stay . After checkout he again apologized for the inconvenience created and I appreciated that. Errare humanum est, persevere autem diabolicum says the Latin phrase. Hopefully it's just a one-off

Il proprietario del Residence molto simpatico e disponibile. Mi sono trovata benissimo. The room was very comfortable, the bed very comfortable, very clean, equipped with all comforts. The owner of the Residence is very nice and helpful. I had a great time.

Posizione strategica e centrale, soprattutto per coloro che frequentano l'università, la quale dista a pochi metri dalla struttura. Per il resto, i servizi offerti da quest'ultima non sono stati di ottima qualità, a causa di un residence ancora in fase di inizializzazione della stagione universitaria. The residence is quite clean and tidy. Strategic and central position, especially for those who attend the university, which is a few meters from the structure. For the rest, the services offered by the latter were not of excellent quality, due to a residence still in the initialization phase of the university season.

I 100% reccomend this structure. hotel super limpio, calido (las bombas de calor de las habitaciones van muy bien), wifi muy bueno para streamings o para zoom/skypes de trabajo, y el bar del hotel es perfecto para probar la rosticceria y pasteleria sicilianas, que son algo imperdible a probar en cualquier viaje a Sicilia. Recomiendo al 100% este Residence. I 100% recommend this structure. super clean hotel, warm (the heat pumps in the rooms work very well), very good wifi for streaming or for work zoom/skypes, and the hotel bar is perfect to try the Sicilian roast and pastry, which are something not to be missed A must try on any trip to Sicily. È consigliatissimo l'annesso ristorante "da Carlo2" :ottime le carni della zona e il padrone di casa sa davvero coccolarti, cibo eccellente (soprattutto le carni). Modern, comfortable and clean structure. Polite and friendly staff, they immediately make you feel welcome, almost family. The adjoining restaurant "da Carlo2" is highly recommended: excellent local meats and the host really knows how to pamper you, excellent food (especially meats).
