★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati oggi pomeriggio io e mio figlio per il suo monitor guastatosi mentre lo usava . Ci siamo sentiti attaccati da personale che riteniamo sgorbutici e poco professionali il quale senza neanche una perizia ci accusava di aver provocato in qualche modo noi il danno. Chiamato poi il numero verde Samsung verranno a ritirarlo direttamente a casa . Mai fatta una recensione in vita mia , ma per come siamo stati trattati ho ritenuto opportuno segnalare la mia brutta esperienza in questo centro
 My son and I went this afternoon for his monitor that failed while using it. We felt attacked by personnel that we believe to be goofy and unprofessional who, without even an expert opinion, accused us of having caused the damage in some way. After calling the Samsung toll-free number, they will come to pick it up directly at home. Never made a review in my life, but for how we were treated I thought it appropriate to report my bad experience in this center

I tempi per la riparazione sono stati rispettati e il servizio è stato impeccabile. Personale all'accettazione gentile e disponibile. Sono rimasto soddisfatto! È bello sapere di poter contare su una efficiente servizio di assistenza quando si rompe un prodotto a cui si tiene particolarmente!
I called panasonic about a problem with my Lumix camera and they referred me to Federico Electronics. The times for the repair were respected and the service was impeccable. Reception staff polite and helpful. I was satisfied! It's nice to know that you can count on an efficient service when a product you care about breaks down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ho portato il mio cellulare con problemi in fase di riavvio, se ne esce con danni alla ricarica e in malo modo. Morale della favola il mio cellulare si carica perfettamente al 100% a casa e mi rivolgerò presso qualcun altro per sistemarlo . Richiesti circa 200 euro per aggiustarlo , tanto vale comprarne uno nuovo, cosa che ho fatto. Altamente sconsigliato, peccato non si possa dare meno di una stella.
Bad experience, I brought my phone with problems restarting, it comes out with damage to the charging and in a bad way. Moral of the story my cell phone charges 100% perfectly at home and I will contact someone else to fix it. Requested about 200 euros to fix it, we might as well buy a new one, which I did. Highly not recommended, too bad you can't give less than one star.

Dal 25 agosto ad oggi 25 settembre...un mese esatto e mi erano stati promessi 15 giorni lavorativi?. Se il danno al vostro telefono non è grave, valutate anche di tenervelo così com'è: meglio un telefono guasto rispetto a non averlo per niente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È più di un mese che ho il mio telefono da loro per assistenza. Mi avevano detto massimo 15 giorni lavorativi, ogni giorno chiamo e mi dicono che non sanno nulla. Professionalità zero, sconsiglio vivamente di andare; in caso di guasto al telefono cambiate negozio o potrete dimenticarlo del tutto. Mettere una stella è anche tanto.
I have had my phone from them for over a month for assistance. They told me a maximum of 15 working days, every day I call and they tell me they don't know anything. Zero professionalism, I strongly advise against going; in case of phone breakdown, change shop or you can forget it altogether. Putting a star is also a lot.

Kind, competent and prepared staff. I brought my Samsung TV into service and they respected the repair times. my tv came out like new for a modest sum. I recommend it.
