Sono persone molto competenti e gentili. L'assistenza post vendita e l'insegnamento sulla macchina acquistata è di ottimo livello. Consigliatissimo
I have been going to this store since home knitting machines were used more than 30 years ago. I currently attend it for the sewing machine. They are very competent and kind people. The after-sales assistance and teaching on the purchased machine is of excellent quality. Highly recommended

Sfortunatamente a febbraio h portato la mia macchina da cucire a riparare da loro, ormai siamo a settembre ed ogni volta che chiamo mi viene riferito che "adesso ci danno un occhiata"
Posso dire che nel vendere sono ottimi, nel riparare non posso dare opinioni a parte che l'attesa é estremamente lunga.
Andrò a ritirarla a breve e troveró un altro posto dove ripararla
Every time I've been there I have always been helped with kindness and professionalism and the products bought are also excellent.
Unfortunately in February I took my sewing machine to be repaired by them, it is now September and every time I call I am told that "now they give us a look"
I can say that in selling they are excellent, in repairing I cannot give opinions except that the wait is extremely long.
I will go and collect it shortly and find another place to repair it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia macchina aveva dei problemi, non volevano darmi assistenza perché non la avevo comprata da loro. La signora era molto nervosa e maleducata. Non le ho chiesto un favore, io ero lì come cliente pagante. Sono stata trattata molto male. Mai più.
My car had some problems, they didn't want to assist me because I didn't buy it from them. The lady was very nervous and rude. I didn't ask her for a favor, I was there as a paying customer. I was treated very badly. Never again.
