I purchased a brother size and sew today. They patiently explained the use and functions to me. I found a lot of availability and kindness and a good quality / price ratio of the product! Much supplied with yarn and everything needed for sewing enthusiasts. Excellent pre and post sales support. Right now I'm filling them with questions and they are responding politely and patiently. I was enchanted by the exposed embroiderers ... as soon as the piggy bank fills up again I will go back to them to buy the V3. I highly recommend them! Chiara
