★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio al cliente (pessimo) Da oltre un anno aspetto la sostituzione del sensore di movimento che accende la luce del box. Dicono che vengono e poi non mantengono gli appuntamenti e non rispondono al telefono e neppure richiamano. Il cliente non è importante solo quando deve montare il portellone del box, ma anche se ha bisogno dopo.
Un comportamento verso il cliente veramente maleducato e senza alcuna considerazione, da sconsigliare.
Customer service (bad) For over a year I have been waiting for the replacement of the motion sensor that turns on the box light. They say they come and then they don't keep appointments and they don't answer the phone or call back. The customer is not only important when fitting the garage door, but also whether he needs it later.
A behavior towards the customer that is truly rude and without any consideration, not to be recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente inaffidabili. E' da tre mesi che sto aspettando l' uscita di un tecnico per avere un preventivo per l'installazione di un impianto elettrico ad un cancello. Pur avendo telefonato due volte nessuno mi richiama per fissare un appuntamento o per comunicarmi una qualsiasi informazione in merito ai tempi d'attesa. Da sconsigliare. !!!!
Totally unreliable. For three months I have been waiting for a technician to come out to get a quote for the installation of an electrical system on a gate. Although I have phoned twice, no one calls me back to make an appointment or to communicate any information about waiting times. Not recommended. !!!!
