Grande gentilezza da parte dei ragazzi Favaro, che confezionano anche piante da regalo. Al momento non faccio valutazioni dal punto di vista del mkg, mi riservo ancora qualche visita. A voce il proprietario mi ha detto che con 4 bancali il trasporto era compreso, mentre singolarmente il prezzo sarebbe stato più altro. Fatto stà che decido per 4 bancali. Già il giorno successivo mi viene fatta la consegna, dopo aver scaricato la legna chiedo di poter pagare immediatamente. Faccio presente che il venditore ha fatto un unico viaggio , in una unica abitazione. Però la sorpresa è che, siccome mi ha scaricato i bancali dai due lati della mia abitazione, mi ha volutamente messo in conto come se fossero due consegne distinte, in maniera da far decadere il vantaggio dei 4 bancali, malgrado sapesse benissimo dove veniva fatta la consegna perché era già venuto altre volte. Tengo a precisare che le volte precedenti che ho acquistato sempre da loro la legna non avevo avuto problemi, pertanto mi fidavo della parola data al momento della conferma per questo ultimo ordine. Almeno poteva farmi pagare per una sola consegna e non mettermi in conto due distinte… Pure sulla fattura, da me richiesta, mi ha evidenziato due trasporti ad un unico indirizzo. Oltretutto ho pagato tutto io con carta di credito. Evito i commenti per un tale comportamento e di fatto ha perso un cliente. Cordiali saluti I bought 4 pallets of wood in this shop. I would like to clarify that the previous times that I have always bought wood from them I had not had any problems, so I trusted my word when confirming this last order. At least he could charge me for a single delivery and not charge me two separate ones ... Also on the invoice, requested by me, he showed me two transports to a single address.
