Non porterò mai più il mio cane qua da questi incompetenti che oltre ad avermi tosato il cane che pareva una pecora non me lo hanno nemmeno saputo lavare! E come se non bastasse me lo hanno pure insultato pesantemente vi dovreste solamente VERGOGNARE mai prima di questa spiacevole esperienza mi era mai successo un trattamento del genere sono senza parole.
 Rudeness and zero professionalism.
I will never bring my dog here again to these incompetents who, in addition to shearing my dog that looked like a sheep, did not even know how to wash it! And as if that were not enough they also insulted him heavily you should only SHAME you never before this unpleasant experience had such a treatment ever happened to me I am speechless.

I titolari sono persone estremamente professionali e cordiali ma soprattutto amanti degli animali che trattano come fossero loro riempiendoli di cure ed attenzioni al pari se non più dei loro padroni. Consiglio vivamente di portarvi i vostri amici animali.
I have brought my Lucky, Maremma shepherd, here since September when I took him to the kennel !! My puppy immediately found a friendly and exceptional environment. The owners are extremely professional and friendly people but above all animal lovers who treat them as if they were them, filling them with care and attention as if not more than their masters. I highly recommend bringing your animal friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato Piumetta, la mia maltesina, da Matteo per un taglio Asian Style. Per Piumetta era la seconda volta in tolettatura e non era mai stata tagliata. È stato semplicemente perfetto. Paziente, delicato, super preparato e mi ha consigliato per il meglio anche sul tipo di taglio. Piumetta adesso sembra un peluche, l’asian non è un taglio semplice da fare, ma glielo ha fatto alla perfezione. Lo straconsiglio, anche se dovete fare un po’ di strada in più, andate da loro!
I took Piumetta, my maltesina, to Matteo for an Asian Style cut. For Piumetta it was the second time in grooming and it had never been cut. It was just perfect. Patient, delicate, super prepared and advised me for the best even on the type of cut. Piumetta now looks like a stuffed animal, the Asian is not an easy cut to make, but it did it perfectly. I highly recommend it, even if you have to go a little further, go to them!

La scelta della toelettatura é fondamentale quando si ha un cane.
Chiara si prende cura dei suoi clienti a 4 zampe come se fossero i suoi.
Il servizio é professionale ad un prezzo onestissimo.
Boris e Daster escono dalla toelettatura puliti e profumati, ma sopratutto tranquilli e rilassati!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non consiglio! Mi hanno dato appuntamento alle 15.00 stavo aspettando fino alle 16.00 ma non hanno aperto il negozio. Ho perso giornata di lavoro. Ma secondo voi giusto cosi? Telefonato piu di 10 volde ma non resposto. Agente maleducati
I do not recommend! They gave me an appointment at 3pm I was waiting until 4pm but they didn't open the shop. I lost a day of work. But do you think it is right? Telephoned more than 10 times but not answered. Rude agent
